Inbound Sales Representative

As a Sales Development Representative, you have a self-driven and results-oriented mindset with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales goals. You serve as the initial touchpoint for potential clients and establish meaningful connections with prospects.

What You Do Each Day

  • Initiate proactive identification and engagement with potential customers using diverse channels, including cold calls, emails, and social media
  • Conduct a thorough assessment of potential customers' needs and requirements to ascertain the suitability of our product for their business.
  • Schedule and meticulously coordinate product demonstrations and sales meetings, ensuring a seamless experience for both the client and the sales teams
  • Maintain precise and current records of customer interactions and lead information within our CRM system, ensuring a comprehensive and organized repository
  • Consistently achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), demonstrating a commitment to exceptional sales performance
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to adeptly communicate our value proposition, positioning the company as a leader in the market

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of successful inbound sales
  • 2+ years of Customer Success Role with proven script adherence
  • Familiarity with sales CRMs and lead management processes

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage potential customers
  • Ability to handle rejection and persist in reaching out to potential customers
