About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Ride Hailing Operations Lead to oversee and optimize our growing operations across platforms such as DiDi and Uber. This role requires strong operational leadership, analytical thinking, and team management capabilities.The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in transportation operations, driver operations management, and gig economy platforms.English proficiency is required for cross-functional communication.Responsibilities / Responsabilidades Daily File Management: Update and manage platform files (DiDi & Uber) to ensure accurate, real-time data. Revenue Validation: Cross-check platform revenue reports with in-app records for accuracy. Team Coordination: Lead STL Supervisors, ensuring proper vehicle-driver assignment and shift coverage. Performance Optimization: Analyze KPIs, propose initiatives to improve operational efficiency and fleet profitability. Driver Lifecycle Management: Oversee hiring (interviews, driving tests, onboarding), driver dismissals, and policy compliance. Corrective Actions: Enforce driver conduct rules, issue administrative reports for infractions. Bonus Reporting: Generate weekly/monthly bonus metrics and performance breakdowns by driver. Vehicle & Driver Onboarding: Validate documentation for drivers and vehicles before uploading to DiDi/Uber platforms.
